iB Solutions want less paper!
iB Solutions have been busy rolling out innovative solutions to our clients for over 30 years. The development of the Invoice Approval System however is heralding a significant change in the paper flows through the finance and purchasing functions of our client base. Coupled with our Document Imaging module, the IAS now removes the need for invoices to travel around an organisation for approval and enquires. This process, using email is now fully automated. The IAS allows authorised approvers, through their email, to approve and view the invoice through their desktop. This ensures that the invoices do not have to leave the central finance unit while at the same time allowing the finance department to monitor the path of the invoices sent for approval.
